Always such a joy to work with you Semeion. This is such a well orchestrated video, and I love that we get to see all the thought, planning and careful detail that you bring with you to every shoot. Very, very inspiring, Sir!

For real. I worked for a real estate media company for half a year and would say I experienced way too much in that time. Entered trashy houses, got chased down by dogs, people questioning what I'm doing, etc. Keep it up. I love your business advice videos.

We want to see more of Helen ! In the part where you mentioned that you don’t have a ND filter for the lens, I would’ve crank the shutter up as it’s a talking head shot with little to no movement from the talent. Very small risk of it being noticeable and you can still add motion blur in post if necessary.
@Semesem_10 күн бұрын
@@charlesdavidmedia cranking the shutter up on a backlit environment only changes the background and the talent would be a silhouette. I choose the best option for not having a ND or light
@charlesdavidmedia10 күн бұрын
You were there, I trust you know what was better for your client anyway. Maybe I didn’t understand why you mentioned not having a ND filter then. I thought you wanted to cut some of the light on your scene without changing the shutter angle/speed.
@Semesem_10 күн бұрын
@ no biggie. Yeah I realized I didn’t say I didn’t bring a light either.

Man thank you for the insights on what realtors look for in a videographer! I was literally doing market research on that exact thing so it was super helpful. Did she find you on social media? What are some of the packages you’ve seen that realtors find value in? And what are some pain points you’ve also seen that realtors struggle with that video solves?
@Semesem_9 күн бұрын
@@KristopherVictoria she was a referral client. Anything that can generate leads for an agent is useful. Pain points are standing out in a competitive profession and having a house on the market too long

Do you shoot your real estate videos horizontal? And then zoom in for vertical 9:16 reel style videos? Or do you shoot the same thing twice, once horizontal and once vertical? I feel like the decision of horizontal or vertical is a big topic not spoken about.
@Semesem_9 күн бұрын
@@AJ-on5mz I don’t ever shoot the same thing twice. For this video specifically I shot it horizontally and just flipped it to fit the screen of 9:16. Like watching a movie or tv show on your phone full Screen
