Need a help After sterilisation completed Machine tray has been autolocked It can't be brought out of machine . What may be the reasons behind, pls explain. Thanks.

blocked solenoid, let it cool down then the cassette will come out but the solenoid is blocked (typically) it will need a service tech. once released push the cassette in and listen for the solenoid valve to click.

What was the initial symptoms? Why did it come in?

Fault unknown, but the stuck solenoid can be cause a raft of errors, listen for the solenoid click when you put the cassette in
