Tatiana, this is so beautiful, a great African homestead. That vegetable mama is making I think it’s the one called Amaranth in English. In Kenya where I come from we call it mchicha. The corn meal she is making we call it Ugali and I now realize it’s eaten the whole of Africa and we just call it a differently. Please see how I make my ugali with measurements. The only one in the internet you can find with measurements! Thanks for your beautiful video.

The aleefa is called callaloo in Jamaica and the corn porridge is the same porridge we eat. However, it is made similar to how Southern Africans and Hausas make their porridge. Lol! Taty, the joy I felt just watching this content was great. To begin with I do not know who was singing to Kuami Eugene at the start, but that was very cool. The preparation of TZ and explaining the process as you guys went along was very educative. Very tasteful and healthy meal. Camera angles as always were on point. And then camera man also partook in the consumption of the end product😃 Having the kids on film is all part of the natural and authentic experience you bring to us, consistently. Subject and content was on point. You are very gifted. Your ability to go from concept to finished product on film is very very good.
