Cam is correct in terms of just comply. Which Tyreek Hill did and if I know my rights correctly he does have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. But the point I wanted to make was why do we have to feel the need TO PROTECT OURSELVES from people THAT SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING US. That sounds crazy... Cam also said cops are normal people too and that is true but they don't get to be normal people when they have a license to kill. They don't give normal people guns, tasers, pepper spray and batons to legally carry out in the open on the streets. Tyreek complies but depending the the edition of the video it looks as if not complying: Monday video show window up and begins with Tyreek saying stop banging on the window: Tuesday video begins at 10:18 with the vehicle stop by the Hardrock Stadium and police walking to vehicle and window all the way down, license and paper given to officer. Lets also be honest about Tyreek rolling his window back up during the stop. You can see him put back his seatbelt while the window is up. From the cops perspective that is a HELLA risky situation because he has tinted windows that he rolled up and then proceeded to reach to his side. In that split moment, the cop may not fully know what he's reaching for. That movement in the situation after everything else, hes extremely lucky because there has been so many people shot or had guns drawn during traffic stops simply because they reached over for something and the cop doesnt know what it was for. Ive seen so many police safety instructors say if you have tints during a police stop, roll your window down before hand, and in some cases, even roll the backseat window behind you down too so the cop has even more line of sight to you before getting to you so they can definitely see where your hands are, but most importanty where your hands aren't.

Getting pulled over. 1. Turn off the car. 2. Roll down driver and passenger windows 3. Take out wallet and put on the dash 4. Keep hands visible 5. If the officer ask for something, tell them what you plan to do. “I’m going to reach for my wallet on the dash and get my license out” Then wait for confirmation. 6. Don’t say anything unnecessary. I agree on the THill matter. Completely unnecessary and arrogant behaviour from the player. If you do 20mph roughly you get pulled every time, take the ticket, cooperate and say sorry. You would have been out of the situation in 30 min. What the police officer did after was overreacting not ok and needs to get settled internally, but mutual respect from the beginning would have deescaleted the whole situation. You gotta be smart in the situation and put your ego aside. Everyone is just doing their jobs, respect that. He asked you to sit down, sit down and stop talking arrogantly. You want the police to protect and serve … then follow their orders for protecting you (in this case everyone else from someone who did speeding … what is in fact a risk for others).

Comply or die is not it bro! He was stopped for a traffic violation, this is a citation. You don't have to give them access to your vehicle or your window down. The was no reason to remove him from the vehicle. He already gave them his ID and paperwork. That was complying... they could identify him, write him a ticket etc. Not Complying with unlawful orders is not means for arrest. Again no crime has been committed for an arrest to occur. Remember they are civil servants... servants don't give commands, they make requests. Unless you have committed a crime they don't have authority to command EVERYONE. I know this not the norm... but that what it should be. We have to police the police.
