Tyrell LOSES His Composure | Mr Robot

Tyrell is on the brink of being caught by the police for murdering a co-workers wife. He Looks like he's about to crack when they arrive at his door but his wife breaks her water to divert the detectives's attention.

Darlene steals a gun, and has a conversation with Angela that implies they are longtime friends. Elliot and fsociety re-plan their attack but still need the Dark Army. Elliot meets Whiterose, a transgender woman obsessed with time, who says the Dark Army backed out because Gideon, suspicious of Elliot's story, turned E Corp's hacked server into a honeypot. With help from Darlene, Elliot shuts this down. Tyrell finds fsociety's .dat file after Gideon tells him of the honeypot and meets with Mr. Robot, and it appears that the two are working together. He reminds Mr. Robot that he knows his "dirty little secret" when Mr. Robot refuses to cooperate, which Mr. Robot shrugs off. When police question the Wellicks about Sharon's murder, Joanna secretly breaks her own water with a fork to distract them. Elliot tells Darlene of their plan's success, and an ecstatic Darlene tells him she loves him. He kisses Darlene, who is revolted. She asks if he "had forgotten again". Elliot realizes that Darlene is his sister, but he has no recollection of her. He finds a CD that contains old family photos - revealing that Mr. Robot is his father.

This guy is such an awesome character first you think hes got it all figured out and under control, then you see him going through his downfall, then you see him obsess over Elliot and wanting changing the world to make himself feel important again. Then you see him just trying to get by in season 4 and work with Elliot without the unhealthy obsession. He changed a lot throughout the show and matured, his self reflection and sacrifice in his final episode was awesome.

@@Hirens. What's wrong with it? I'm no director or anything, but I find the atmosphere of the first scene almost perfect. Tyrell is distressed and paranoid, his pace of walking indicates he is subtly rushing to his office, and the close-up shot that follows him walking in such hurried manner really makes you uncomfortable, as uncomfortable as he was at that moment.

I wonder if Tyrell knew what kind of a dark, high-tension, high-stakes existence it would be when he married Joanna. She pushed him beyond his breaking point, and when it seems he would crack, she goes to unthinkable lengths to save him. Joanna saw what Tyrell was capable of, which is why she loved him and became his wife... but it's more like a jockey finding a horse she can drive till it breathes blood. Some beautiful women can be absolutely nightmarish if they're ambitious enough.

What I love about this show is that it's a show about hacking but it's still telling human stories that everyone can relate to. What these two are struggling with is something I think most people can relate to, it's a challenge that extends through cultures and time. The fact of the matter is, there's clearly a communications barrier between these two characters because nobody has ever been able to communicate with a Dane.

I miss Joanna. She was such a brilliantly evil character. And she worked so hard to clear Tyrell's name in season 2. I feel like the writers have a problem knowing what to do with characters long term. I would've liked for her and Tyrell to have met one last time before both of their deaths. Or just for them to have talked. Or Tyrell being aware of what happened to her earlier. I just kinda feel like the Wellick family were just kinda shoveled out of the plot.

He didnt have a happy live in this show. Hes always under pressure and emotional instable. He never feels enough always tries to proove something to himself and the world. He gets fucked over constantly and even tho hes presented as that evil psychpathic intelligent manipulativ controlinh guy in the beginning. He seems actually very out of control through out most of the series. Its kinda fucking sad actually but interesting too. And i found myself strangly liking him and finding allot empathy for him. For a chractere who strangled a women to death just so he could feel powerful. But his death is appropriate its as tragic as his life was. Atleast he formed some kind of connection friendship with elliot in the end. I think that ment allot to him.

The dialogue in Swedish though feels a little stiff, seems like they took the English script and straight translated it. It doesn't have the same nuance as the English subtitles do. Also to note he speaks very neutral Swedish so the character probably originates from Stockholm or close by.

I think the reason they did it is to show that sometimes, people die in an unremarkable insignificant way. Even though you had great expectations for her, that doesn't automatically mean she's going to have big significance in the plot. Often times, people meet an inglorious end.
