"I remember growing up without representation" okay, it's 2024... unless you are over the age of 50 right now, you had many, many positive Native American characters to choose from. From Tonto in the Lone Ranger to Sherriff Bravestar. Some were hokey some were products of their time, but they were there. People need to sstop using this as an excuse for a lack of quality.

Representation this and representation that. It shouldn't matter what the character looks like as long as they're well written. The problem is they focus on throwing any amount of "minorities" in front of the screen and claiming it's important to do so. It's not. Some of my most favourite characters don't even look like me but they're well written and have great character development. Modern film makers need to focus on that.

They dropped the ball on EVERYTHING with this show but especially with Kingpin… my theory was that he would have been shot in the face, then brought back by the brink of death by a regeneration serum created from the Weapon X program by a mysterious benefactor (Thaddeus Ross) and then groomed to run for Mayor of NY. Then that would help introduce mutants… give a reason why he healed and a reason for him to want Echo to take over the empire after he’s in office …. Instead we got… this smh

I can think of a few Marvel Indigenous characters: Mirage, Red Wolf, Shaman, and his daughter Talisman. Red Wolf has no superpower, but he held his own against the Hulk. But Disney/Marvel would probably ruin all these characters. They made Mirage a lesbian.

Tyrone watching Nerdrotic is not the best thing to do imo. From what I've heard, Echo was just painfully mediocre, but everyone in these comments including Tyrone's own opinions claim that Marvel is getting ruined because of female representation and whatnot. Sure, there could be some truth of that but any mention of "M-She-U" or "Go woke go broke" really makes my brain just not listen to that person's opinion anymore. It's all filled with hatred towards women or people of color that it's getting so tiring.
