I don't know if it's just me, but the more I look at this Corenswet guy, he doesn't even look like Clark Kent at all. It's like, a different version of Superman. Maybe a different character even. And this versions of Lois, kinda looks like his mom, rather than his girlfriend. I just realize this too, Drinker put the cutscene of multiple Clark Kent ripping of their shirt, to show the suit. Krypto is an idea that would have only worked if he was there during Clark Kent's childhood/teenage years. One of the main issues I have with the teaser and the casting is that there's too many characters being added into movie. I'll give Man of Steel credit for not feeling too over bloated with characters, everyone felt like they had a role and purpose in the film. But this one feels like a desperate attempt to jump start a cinematic universe by having more characters on screen. Which brings me to another problem I have, and that is Superman should be among the first rising superheroes in the world, not among already established ones before him. He should be like Iron Man and Captain America were in Phase 1, even if they were decades apart, establishing a world of heroes before they started to become many.

You know what's up crazy about that is that KZbin did copyright strike me twice about the Superman trailer and I won the second claim and they left my video up for people to watch because I said that if you're going to claim this video then you need to remove the Superman trailer off of KZbin because it is in the public domain for us to watch and we're allowed to talk about it and I am make it creative opinions and commentary while watching this you know I don't own Superman so I'm not taking anything from Warner Brothers if Warner Brothers didn't want us to review or talk about it then they should have never uploaded it to KZbin. I loved the suit, although there are parts about it that I wish were fixed. It's a little too baggy, and I wish that it was a tighter fit, that way the muscles popped more. I love the design, the lines, the S design, the cape, and the bright, vibrant colors. But I just wish that the suit was a little tighter, so the abs, chest, arms, shoulders, and muscular legs showed more. I also wish that the texture was a bit more different, maybe not by much, but enough to make it look a little more expensive. I acknowledge that there are some things about the suit that could be changed or tweaked just a bit to make it suitable for Superman to wear, that I think most people could be pleased with. As for the trailer, I loved it. It got me more excited for the movie. Regarding Green Lantern, I love Nathan Fillion, but that haircut just ain't doing it for me. I was laughing when I saw that. I'm sure he's going to do the character justice and get the personality right, but as far as the design goes, that haircut makes me laugh every time I see it. Other than that, I loved the trailer. I thought it was a great first teaser. Now, when they introduce Batman in this universe, I hope that they do him right. I want a great mixture of a brutal and insanely intelligent detective, as he's supposed to be in the comics. I also hope that eventually, this version of Batman uses the Hellbat suit. It's an awesome armor from the comics, and I think it would be cool for Batman to wear that eventually. It's wishful thinking, but it would be cool.

One thing I definitely would say about the clark kent persona, it is really only necessary when Superman becomes a public figure and I mean like during his Justice League days where he interviews and is seen close up on camera. Until that point he miles up in air flying at superspeed, no one can actually see his face. And even if they notice similarities it is actually the godlike persona that causes disbelief that the coworker could be superman.

I just wish us as fans would all be able to get a closure for our favorite franchises. Say what you will about TASM2 or SM3, everybody loved seeing Andrew get his redemption and seeing Tobey don the suit again. Although we did get the Snydercut, I wish we got to see the final chapter. If I got to see Henry finish out, I don't think I'd be so standoffish with this new version. It just seems so unearned at this point. Everyone needs a Superman. I hope this one turns out to be that for new audiences and others who don't feel a connection to the past.

My issue is, it does feel like Gunn can’t do solo movies and this film feels like an ensemble film and too campy. WB dropped the ball steering away from the more serious tone they wanted to do, cause Snyder Cut was much more superior than that Josstice film they chose to release instead. I hope it does well and WB learns to stick to their guns. They own all of DC and they should have been having us at Justice League 3 by now.

Im not a comic fan, but i prefer a realistic, serious, and dark Superman and one that doesn't look like he is wearing a thin red diaper. If superman saves every one with a smile its boring, if superman gets beat and no one dies, then why fight. I liked man of steel i know it wasn't comic accurate, but it's not dumb. I perfer cavill and the guy who played him in Smallville they look less goofy this superman looks nerdy and weak like he couldnt save himself from tripping and falling flat on his face in the most pathetic way possible

I have to admit, I laughed a lot over this trailer but it also worries me. Nevermind Krypto and that Lex looks like a Bond Villain, my biggest concern is bulk. There's so much going on in this trailer, it looks like Supes is taking on 6 different wars and battles at once Lex, a Kaiju regular saves and some kinda hand in the battle the other included heroes are fighting. This kinda storyline I feel would fit better in a series where we could possibly take on all these things slower. Like Magnus I'm also not quite sold on the look of the character as a whole, he does look a bit too nerdy in my opinion. If I were to pick my top 3 favorite superman takes to date, it would be 1. Tyler Hoechlin (I feel like he had just a great mix of Clark and the Man of Steel 2. Tom Welling (For a Superman just getting started he portrayed that well 3. Henry Cavill (dude just didn't get enough time to cook. Anyway, I hope I'm proven wrong but the teaser unfortunately did not inspire confidence in my opinion.

Supposedly the superheroes belong to or work for a company or enterprise that I can't remember the name. Seems all superheroe suits are similar in nature. I heard that Sup would eventually get his own suit as the company one gets all burned-out and beaten. This would explain it, not justify it but at least makes me hopeful. I'm with you on this.
