Tryus and Sage, Thank you so much for this conversation. It really is not about black or white. I grew up in a very abusive household. I was so grateful when my parents divorced… I was 9 years old….The point is… we can change our lives and make it better, even if that means letting go of some people in our lives.

It's interesting to me that I took a liking to Tyrus right away when I first saw him on FOX. Now, as I learn more about him, what comes to fruition is that he's a great, intelligent, truthful, and very likable man. I'm happy to have stumbled onto this show today! And, thank you to FOX for introducing me to this man, his life was a tough one as a kid but he managed to become a good guy with great values and an understanding of politics that I love!!! He can read people very well and he's pretty accurate too!

My husband and I are the grandparents who have stepped in and stepped up for our grandchildren. This interview was a healing balm to my soul. It was intelligent, honest, and life-affirming. Although our hearts are heavy with their sorrows, as their grandparents, we recognize our "calling" to be their confidants, mentors, and role models. Their resilience and strength inspire us every day. We teach them by example that not everybody walks away. We love them fiercely and unconditionally. Today's world is unrecognizable to my generation. Our constant prayer is that God strengthens us in maneuvering these uncertain times while guiding these little souls. God bless you, Tyrus. You touched my heart so profoundly.

Tyrus, you had me a "hello". I have watched you on Red Eye and GG and read your books. I will say Sage is probably the sincerest interviewer that I have ever watched. She was earnest in learning more about you, soup to nuts. Your fans celebrate your journey to freedom, the joy of a loving family, all the many blessings that you recognize because of your life's experiences...so many others take for granted. Thank you for being candid with your fans and know that we appreciate your opinions on everything from worthless studies, buxom Canadian shop teachers, becoming better parents to restoring accountability in leadership. You know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em. Blessings to your wife, kids and your amazing collection of critters. Happy 2025.

I just spent the last two hours and forty minutes watching this video and had to watch it again. It was one of the best interviews, if not the best, ever. I cry more with the second view than with the first. This video made me think back to my mother and the abuse she went through to raise six men, her sons, mainly by herself. No matter what race, creed, or color, life is a bitch. Great job, Sage and Tyrus. I am a big fan of Tyrus because of the man that he is and the way he puts his family in such high regard. Tyrus, you can always hold your head high. Great job, young man, great job.

Flippin’-A! I’ve always loved Tyrus even if I made a remark once on a Gutfeld comment that him and Kat had been grumpy for several shows. After hearing what Kat had been through and now Tyrus’ story, I’m just a self-centered butt for commenting that. Thanks for showing me that. Hearing stories like this really puts things in perspective and gives so much hope. My daughter has been a wonderful single foster mom for several years and in fact adopted my granddaughter who was her first placement. She came into our lives at 4 and is almost 10 now. She’s been thru so much trauma in her young life but she is strong, brilliant and every ounce of my sunshine. She has been the only one that didn’t come straight from a hospital birthing room to our lives. But I wouldn’t trade for the years of gifts being able to love these babies even though it rips my guts out when they go to birth moms they’ve never met after a few years. I pray fervently for the happiness and safety of each one of them and their momas and know that God will guide them. And I hear His hand guiding Tyrus throughout his life. We’ve never been promised pain free days because we are affected by the humanity of others but we can choose to follow those little voices that show us the good. That’s God showing us His freedom of choice. And I’m so very proud of Tyrus for choosing his path and knowing that it won’t be painless, nothing in life is, but it’s best. Sage! You have a gift and we are all blessed to go there with your guests and learn and feel with them. Love your show! You have certainly found your gift. ❤

Sage I love you and I love Tyrus and i am such a fan. I Grew up in Salem, MA and have lived in Colorado for 33 years. I watch Gutfeld every nighgt and I love Tyrus's takes on what is going on around us. Tyrus had a terrible upbringing and yet you can see how he has grown into wonderful man and father. He loves his children and he has protected them from physical harm from family members on his side and his wife's side. We all need some one to go to bat for us when we are at our lowest point. i am glad he had the couple from Peabody, MA that was there to love him and care for him. They understood what was going on in his life gave him the love and support that he needed, no matter if he wanted it or not. I was so impressed when Tyrus stated that he retired and walked away from Wrestling because his children wanted him to go to their Baseball Games, Horse Shows and any other activity that they are participating in. What an amazing Dad to do that for his children. I love when he spoke about how that his 10 year old daughter loves Equestrian and the deal is that she has to take care of the horse from start to finish. That teaches her discipline and it allows her to bond with her horse. That is so important when you are in a competition. I have not read his books. I plan on ordering them later on today. Sage Keep up the great work. I love the format and your guests have been great. Tyrus you are so much more than you show on the Gutfeld Show. I loved getting to hear more about who and what make you who you are.

Great interview. I just subscribed to your channel after your interview with Megyn. I'm not a big sports fan but was very impressed. I subscribed here and on X. I am more familiar with Tyrus. A thanks for his comment about the black vote and being grouped. I never really thought of it before now, but yes that's a bad comment for those running for office. There are all types of whites, blacks, latins, and everyone. I think racism is a stupid conversation in 2024 and sadly the media and gov has encouraged that and I think we've lost ground the past 10 or 15 years. I pray one day we can all be Americans. Great interview. I love you both.
