One tip: 1. leave the sensitivity in horizon in the middle 0.5. Since horizon doesn’t have a soft lock like other games (meaning it can rotate past the point where the wheels actually can’t turn any further) it is much better to set the steering angle aka sensitivity on the wheelbase itself since it will actually lock at the limit. 2. On the wheel, hold mode and click left or right on the steering wheel d pad. The light next to mode button will flash 1,2,3,4 or 5 times. The flashes indicate what steering angle the wheel is at. If I remember correctly… 1 = 180 2 = 360 3 = 540 4 = 900 5 = 1080 This is the same as opening the thrustmaster control panel difference being it doesn’t disable the ffb and force you to restart every time you adjust. 2 and 3 flashes are around the sense you have here. Bonus: hold mode and press options on the wheel to enable always on fan. 1 flash = off 2 flash = on

with 0.7 sensitivity you are actually playing with 750 degree rotation instead of 900 degree, your wheel still will physically move 900 degree but you will reach full angle ingame when you are at 750 degree in your wheel

​@@tyskiddzyt I think when you are drifting with a wheel you are trying to emulate a real car feel as much as possible, am I right? If so, people usually set steering rotation to 900° (or 1080°) in steering wheel drivers. The setting I'm talking is the last one, sensitivity. By default is 0.5, with that your car would match his wheel rotation with your steering wheel rotation set in the driver. If you increase sensitivity to 0.7, like in your video, you are playing with less rotation. Your car will hit max steering angle before you hit steering lock in your wheel.

I'm trying to use the Thrustmaster T300RS on pc for forza horizon 5 but it doesn't do anything. It does calibrate but in game none of the buttons do anything. Is there something I'm meant to do before playing to get it to work?

What I don’t get is when you’re holding a drift in looks like just some small movements with the steering wheel moves the car left to right very easy. Which setting is this? Cause when I try to drift it feels like I need to move the wheel 900° in the other direction to counter steer. It feels impossible to drift since I can’t swing my wheel 900° whenever I want to counter steer, then back in towards the turn again

I use 900° and it works for me just fine, it probably doesn't look like I'm moving the wheel veryuch because you dont have to turn a full 900° to be able to countersteer and take corners, transition, ect
