Dillian Whyte has had so much to say for so many years, but when he finally gets his shot, he delivers nothing, Fury didn't break a sweat dismantling Whyte.. easiest fight Fury's had in years.. and when the ko shot came, Whyte showed little resistance.. seems he was out cold from a glancing blow.. so much for 'maximum violence'..

@@rjboxing460 How?? Whyte has no head-movement, no defence, no speed, He's been flattened by an ancient poevtkin, flattened by Joshua, flattened by rivas, flattened by Parker, and now flattened by fury with a glancing blow, yet he's somehow gonna beat the best puncher of them all in Wilder?? I'd be astonished if he can last more then two rounds with wilder.

This is one of Fury's best performances because it shows enormous growth and the fact he's now a master of his trade. He also set him up for that uppercut all night, but was patient not to throw it too early as to not give Dillian any time to adjust. Once the perfect opportunity was there he blinded Whyte with the jab then threw that uppercut with speed, accuracy and power. Wonderful display 👏 👏👏

There wasn't much Whyte could do, Fury is THAT good and Whyte couldn't get in range - I think if he weighed 10lbs less and cut off the ring a little more he'd have more success but the result would have been the same. Whyte may have performed poorly but he was in the ring with a generational great - if it was any other heavyweight he would've stood a chance, the man fought Parker, Rivas, Helenius, Chisora 2x and Povetkin 2x so he has a good resume and he isn't by my standards another Chisora. Anyway, grats Fury and I wish Whyte the best in his return.

The way Tyson kept switching stances so smoothly during his attacks was a thing of beauty. 👌 Complete control throughout turning Whyte with the check hook. Interesting Fact: In all 3 of Dillian Whyte's losses were ALL due to uppercuts which ALL ended by TKO. His first loss to Joshua in 2015, his second loss to Povetkin in 2020 and his third recent loss against Fury. I think it's fair to say that his kryptonite is the uppercut , and if he wants to improve he needs to have a plan to anticipate and neutralise those counter uppercuts.

@@joeLLukeVictoryInJesusYeshua17 - I've met Fury. He's not 6ft 9. He's probably just under 6ft 8. Still a huge man. I also met Lewis in the late 90's. Lewis was 6ft 5 so giving away a few inches but boxed people bigger than him several times. Was also a huge man by any objective measure (245 lbs in the Manny Steward days and approximately 265-270 lbs out of training). His reach was also only 1 inch less than Fury. Lewis had the better jab, superior right hand, better right upper cut and hit harder due to better technique. A much superior attacking fighter. Fury has slightly more fluidity, better head and upper body movment. Slightly superior chin but has been knocked down multiple times. Vulnerable when he resets. Touches his nose when he resets and Wilder took advantage of this in their 1st fight for the 2nd knockdown. The better defensive fighter on balance. I think it's a great match up that would go the distance. I think prime Lewis takes the victory by a slender margin.

I hope this was billed as "The student and the teacher" or something 😂 Dillian looked like he didn't belong in there. I honestly think the only way to potentially beat Fury is volume, angles and footwork. Even then, there's always the risk of that nightmare jab which was on full display in this fight. Teddy Atlas put it perfectly when he said that trying to even get close to Fury is like walking through a bad neighbourhood and getting mugged because of that long jab. And that uppercut? *chef's kiss*

Seemed to me that was the first shot Fury had thrown with a clenched fist, power and purpose...Perfect demonstration of how to lull an opponent into thinking he was in a pitter-patter fight for the duration...Peppering until he saw the uppercut opportunity that Dillian has always been vulnerable to...I like Dillian but he was well beaten here...I don't think Dillian would be able to change the outcome in a rematch like he did with Alexander...
