You can definitely try this technique on a single bed , this is what I initially did, but for me, the right side (knit) didn't look as nice as I envisioned, the purl side (wrong side) looked better so I kept playing with it until I had the winner - a mix between knit and purl.

Can I do this on a Passap backbed? I tried the needles are stiff pulling it back

I love the first one! But I don't understand why you have to transfer to the ribber bed to do the knit rows..? Also, thank you for making these videos, they're really helpful for beginners like me ☺️

Hi Bella, Thank you for watching, I am so happy it is helpful 😊 You don't have to transfer to the ribber bed for those 2 rows, I only did that because I wanted my sample to have a little more texture. These are just ideas ❤️ you will chose what you like and what not. Happy knitting ☺️
