I'm south paw. U-Boat is a company that popped up in my search for a lefty wrist watch. I'm on the fence with which colour I want to buy. I love the idea of it being filled with oil. I wouldn't wear it, but I can understand why people would, it's a very interesting looking watch. You could always stand in your shower and as the water pours on you imagine that you're going down in a U boat. Then watch your watch stop, because it's only 50 m water resistance! 😳

It’s a pity they couldn’t have hidden the air bubble somewhere behind the dial or trap it maybe. It looks a bit budget to me with the bubble wandering around the crystal like that - almost as if it’s a toy from a funfair. I would save up for a Sinn UX I think. Also, shame these are not branded as Fontana or something, that U-Boat brand doesn’t appeal to me. Don’t like to be too negative, this is definitely a fun design a la Corum but, like the Corum, the price is a little high for a fun watch to me.
