To quote Walter Mead, "Criminal negligence" is the only way to describe the US's mismanagement of the power balance with China.

Great point on data availability reciprocation. Congress needs to add this to the TSA.

Like The Great Library of Alexandria in Alexandria, Egypt past, China PRC today have that Library in Science and Technology that USA has rejected since 2000's to present. example: US Wolf Amendment Act of 2011.

Decouple. Different ideology camps can only decouple. Like the cold war.

Because of Chinese spyware 😂? The Americans have now developed a schizophrenia of China-phobia, and they don’t know what to do with China and how to colive peacefully with others in the world or respect each other. They are used to bully, threaten with sanctions, overpower or crush others if the rest of the world doesn’t action on or follow its orders

Is that ALL YOU GOT from this conversation. Like what she said from the start, "cutting the nose to get the point" But it is true of how NASA and the US government see sharing for mankind mean.

The US and USSR didn’t have scientific exchanges yet the US did not “suffer” from that fact.
