According to Google, the average home in the U.S. is $420,400. The average yearly income is $63,795. Do the math and figure out why. The mortgage on this would be about $2100 per month assuming you have somehow been able to save up and put a down payment of 20% of this amount so, you know, put down that extra 80K you have laying around. So, if you are making the average pay listed here and that is gross, not take home, so you have to factor in your allowance that you must give to Biden and his crew. At any rate the cost of a place is gonna run half your income and that’s IF you are at the average. Maybe you can find a cheaper house somewhere and maybe you can find cheaper rent than that mortgage payment however, your salary will also be commensurately lower so that even so you will pay half of your earnings for housing.
