Ukraine should place an emphasis on taking out the electric grids in Moscow to further escalate their revolt against Putin. Yes, the military build-up in Kursk also needs immediate attention. But the Muscovites have not been really been affected, with no heat or electricity they will put more pressure on Putin to stop the war.
