Chef you know very well that measurements are very very Imp to make urad dal appalam. Without know the exact water and soda measurement no one can make this receipe. They have not given the right receipe. Can please try and give the right measurement for one kg with all ingredients. Very smart owner. Better you would shoot Ed in other place who are dng manually . All will not have machines. Do you have machines at your place can you make this receipe with these informations on your own. Kindly reply deena. I am the one who was asking this r3ceipe with you so many times. No one can open their industry looking at this’ll receipe. Important portions hided. Not useful.

That what he pored to mix urad dal was white in colour . If you mix with salt that kind of colour who get can anyone reply. Fully they hided in this video dnt try this. Raw material go waste. Let Deena make and put video we learn from him.
