Batagor in default is always mixed with peanut sauce, as the complimentary. It's different with fried dumpling which is an optional to add sauce to it. And when she said kecap manis, it means sweet soy sauce, while the word ketchup in English i guess is more like a kind of tomato sauce. And the avocado ice was too expensive, the normal price would be 10.000-20.000 if you buy it from a street food vendor like that.

Fun fact, 4:33 Ketchup (kit' chap) is actually a chinese word origin, it is originally a name for dark fish-soy bean savory sauce introduced to south east asia. In indonesia, ketchup use brown sugar instead of fish, and why US-British word Ketchup means a tomato sause was because during colonialism the word itself got transfered from malay region tomato sauce they call it ketchup. No one knows why malay people call tomato sauce a ketchup back then even though it was originally chinese word for soy sauce. Lol

I'm not from bandung , but for me from all the native noodle dishes in Indonesia , Mie Kocok Bandung is the best .second is mie bakso urat (what you called it in English ?? What is urat?? Vein ?? Their meant for urat is possibly "Muscular" kind of things , so bakso urat = Muscular/muscled bakso ???)either way you understand when you seen it , the one bakso that shaped rougher than the other bakso .
