U12 Goalkeeper Training - Sebastian Lutin | April/06/18

Another young goalkeeper training session with 11 year old J. Sebastian Lutin and personal coach Roel Martinez.
Today they worked in some reaction, hands coordination, explosiveness with change of direction and a quick footwork drill with ball attack diagonally
The session went longer but I ran out of battery on my cell.

Great videos! I also train a goalkeeper around this age. This age is a little more difficult because the boys are on the verge on hitting major physical growth spirts due to puberty and can sometimes lose a little coordination and speed because their bodies are growing so rapidly.

He’s too short for his age :( most recruiters looks for tall keepers. He need to be 110% better than other tall goalkeepers to be a pro or a college recruit :( but keep working everything is possible if you give your 100%
