Funny how I'm a metalhead at heart yet a huge Dishwalla fan and think this man's voice is the most emotional/powerful in the industry. I miss old Dishwalla. The tranquil tones of Robert's vocals with a hard edge instrument backing. Always an eerie underlying core as well to many songs both with and without Dishwalla behind him. Love it!

WOW what did you do with BONO......FUUUUUL DOPPELGANGER..... I've never heard 1 pro singer sound so much like another w/o it being an impressionist. Strangely you sounded FAR more like BONO in the George Michael Tribute.... BUT STILL DO HERE. I can't imagine I'm the first person to notice/point this out. If so I feel I deserve some kind of prize, BC.... A BONO CLONE. Not back in Dishwalla. Never thought that - STILL DON"T. Find it quite intriguing, re-listening 2 "Counting Blue Cars' (one of my top 25 favorite songs - mainly bc lyrics) that you DO NOT sound like BONO. I can hear some touches almost like you aged into a slightly more gruff voice or something and combined with some kind of training just ended up there. I'd love to know the how/why? Actually, when I 1st heard your "Unchained Melody" cover I thought someone had ripped off the Bono version & changed the album image. But I didn't realize it wasn't him till sat down and saw the name. Actually I really can't imagine how it's news, but ppl can be oblivious and this is stark. Additionally ppl know your "other voice" from the old days more. So the anchoring bias can blind mind's eye.
