ltr as the tour went on gloria was done along riders on the storm & even @ times Silver & gold added to it this play & the first jt show in tempe,az had the only play of the harmonica done !!

A very good point. Years ago Bono was at times a vunerable, sensitive man. These days, whatever your opinion, very different.

When the Joshua Tree hit the shelves a day later, it sky rocketed U2 to mega stardom. Bono said the band was in a desolate space because of Greg Carroll's death , hence why they decided the desert was a good location for the album cover shoot.
