Hey stu i just got into tbe hobby because of you thanks SO much. I have the tyrant s and im loving it. The only thing that i have broke so far is the plug on the back of the camara and a esc wire broke off. Oh and of course some props and battery straps but thats to be expected. It is a really durable quad.

Just built my proton frame and yeah its by far the best thought out frame.. I'm sticking with this for the long haul. Its just great, everyone should get one, they have arm options for every type of flying too

mikeTECH well, og he says, it is too difficult, he might be right. I was thinking, he could just add a gopro to the quad. Could be fun to see when they crash. Since this Channel is mostly fun, and not really scientific.

Damn.. That crash really surprised me. I thought something would have broken.. but. I'm going to have to look into these a little more. Thanks Stu, Trev and Cal. Great content!
@jackmaddox49606 жыл бұрын
A buddy who flew this drone texted me and said that a normal quad is like a hovercraft: they can go fast, but they drift in turns, and you gotta compensate for the momentum, while the Proton is more like a race car: it responds to control inputs almost instantly, I thought that was a great analogy.

Yeah, but it's also INSANELY funny to see him react like he's encountering a lion. That's gotta be my favorite new silly part of the videos. I'm sorry Cal, but STU, KEEP DOING IT.
@crashology8476 жыл бұрын
He's gettin pretty good with that shield. Spartan style.
@dragonballz06 жыл бұрын
Yeah, Cal is funny. He even wears shirts labeled for certain occasions. lol Cal knows what I mean. lol When I first saw the shield, I thought it was all about protection. I had assumed he was struck by a quad in an earlier video. If he was struck, where's the link? lol I liked the vid where the XJB145 3" struck the shield (and everything survived like nothing happened to the quad). I'm purchasing that quad now (my last quad, prop purchase for the year). :) I have enough parts to build 2 more after that one. O_O
@tombstonefpv90536 жыл бұрын
Great video Stew and guys. Ya'll really ripped it up with that thing. I fly mostly freestyle, but I really want to do a super fast quad build eventually and this may be the one. I'm a big fan of EnvyAstro, so it was cool to see that ya'll watch them also.

Hey Stew!! I'm kind of stuck because I want a really good racing quad, but my decision is kind of stuck between the Proton and the Merica. Which is the better quad in your opinion and what are the main differences?? ...What might be good to know though is that I haven't got that much exprience yet, so I might be tending to get the merica, but it would still be nice to know what the differences are!

How many best drone ever videos have you done this year?
@UAVfutures6 жыл бұрын
I feel like this comment is not so much a question but more of a dig my titles. FYI the word "best" has been used once by me this year for the et125 and it really is one of the best small drones I have ever seen. If you can see this title is directly referring to Cals quote, and it is even in quotes with his name next to it, but if this was a reay question. 1. I have had 1 best drone this year.

@BlindsideFPV6 жыл бұрын
John Taylor the first flights and reviews with trev and cal should be done blind, without them knowing what they're flying because it seems like they (especially cal) go in to it with preconceived opinions based on popularity and price. I mean come on, the thing desyncs then he says all the parts are well thought out.
@mrmurder756 жыл бұрын
Yeah I don't buy all this best quad ever crap. On any reviews, not just this one. Give it a month and the next best quad ever will be out. It was not very long ago when the 'merica was the best quad ever. Deciding something is'the best' is purely subjective anyway.
