@@AveryCheng I know it will vary across schools, but I know for certain this is a common struggle- not much time during exams (especially ones with a lot of problems). I think a lot of people miss this aspect when they’re prepping for exams, and it can be costly. I would definitely advise you to practice exam-like problems in a timed environment, preferably with less time than you’d get in the actual exam. If you can perform accurately with less time on your own, you’re more likely to do better with more time + pressure in the real exam. This has and continues to be my personal test taking strategy whenever possible.

Because I'm in engineering, most of us don't have time for a job; and for those of us that do (such as myself), we only work a very minimal amount (< 20 hours per week). Unfortunately, that's just the reality for engineering students. If you are in a different faculty with a lighter courseload, you may be able to work a little bit more.

@AveryCheng
@AveryCheng 3 ай бұрын
Definitely make sure that your math and problem solving skills are proficient and well-trained. Also, one of my regrets in high school was not taking an electronics course, as that would've been super helpful coming into electrical engineering. If your high school offers an electronics course or something related to that, I would take it
