Just depends on the size of the cake. I would do 350F for about 15 min then turn down to 325F until it's done cooking

How long do you whisk your whipping cream for?

I don't time it, I just eye ball it. But maybe like 3 mins? I am not honestly sure, I just whip until it's stable. Check as you go.

Hi Jovina, when using the eggs, are they room temperature or cold right out of the fridge? Also does it matter what type of oil you use? Corn oil, vegetable oil etc... thanks😊

Best at room temp but I have been lazy and did them cold out of the fridge. It's not wrong but it wont whip as nicely. And I have always used canola or corn oil. Both works fine. Never any other kind
