This is actually very true . . . but I guess Uber/Lyft drivers have the tendency to talk because they're alone all day and want to get a little bit of the outside world action from their customers. That or they're stalking you and they're gathering some intel . . .

No it’s strictly part of the job, basically we’re told to talk a lot, and some passengers honestly rate the ride bad if you don’t “talk enough,” so it’s a mixed bag, When I worked for Lyft, I just tried to gauge the person usually, again it’s a mixed bag and a Shit gig tbh
