Thats a lot of kilometers, toronto is usually 100-120 KMs for a pay like that. However , there is a loooooot of traffic which affects the mileage. But yeah, its kinda similar over here too! Also i do around 12 hours for a pay like that on a weekday and 10 hours on weekends.

I think it depends how well you drive and how well you know the streets and the shortcuts you take. I also tend to run in and out of restaurants and drop off very quickly compared to other drivers that I witness. I personally average a bit higher than your 27/hr rate, but good to know how others are doing in Vancouver.

Well $27 an hour we can’t compare that to a regular job . In a regular job there is no cost involved to generate that $27 but here in delivery driver . Your poor car is taking the majority of toll in terms of wear and tear and fuel . So after the deduction of those expenses . I think we don’t even make a minimum payment of $15 an hour.

It depends. I avoid orders that I think are gonna be small… like a McDonald’s delivery to a university campus, as it’s super likely to be just one tiny meal, no tips… But you never know who’s going to other what. It’s always a gable

You can work with both apps at the same time but it doesn’t make sense. You can’t do 2 orders at once Going to different destinations. You’ll be late for both and get bad reviews

Yes, he is right. It's doable if you are using a bike or e-bike and working in area you're familiar with. So I work around campus and I can double app all the time and avoid being late because I know the area and it is so easy to get by with my e-bike. I highly recommend an 1)e -bike in Vancouver, 2) work with uber eats and doordash at the same time, 3) work in October to March (the hourly rate will be ridiculously high). A tip, expect to spend like +200 for winter gear. E-bike would cost like 900-1500. You will get what you spent in less than 80 hours or working if you're good at it. E-bike will make it much easier to get great reviews.
