wonderful to c ur video after a few days -- very sorry to hear abt the dental pain -- out of country = cuba/ mexico are good options (including a deserved mini vacation while doing dental tourism -- going back home will be atleast 1500 more in ticket fare just for urself --- also try to see if ur dr can presribe some heavy pain killers -- tylenol isnt usally a good pain reliever from dental nerve pain -- anyhow -- sending u lots of best wishes as u deal with this issue -- Stay Blessed & Safe Driving Always

I don’t think so there is anything related with acceptance rate, mine is 88% and I usually don’t accept long rides , i.e yesterday i got a call 48.9 kms and the upfront was $25.59 so I simply declined it

I saw that list the only place who did RCT and crown is UOT dental Clinic i spoke with them and the waiting time is around 3 to 6 months and for crown they have no idea about cost.
