In other words, he is building his database of his own clients that he meets through Lyft and he basically makes money giving them rights outside of the platform. So Lyft gets screwed and when he does get deactivated which will be very soon, he is already have built his client database. I guess you can say it smart but not everybody has that free money as he does to pay for the TNC endorsement and commercial insurance. If that's what you want to do and running your business, go for it
