OKAY! From what I can gather, The song is called Felipe Wrechiski - Matter of Perception BUT!!!!! This song I said is the original, Nova had someone remix this song, so it's not the exact song, but it is the same beat. Sorry, but Nova had someone do the remix for him, so only he can get to the song, this is the closest that I can find so far

Did find this one Tumblr post about someone responding to what the song is, and they said you can't find it, it was made by a guy named Hellberg - a Swedish Musician where his stuff is found on SoundCloud, the popular channel Monstercat and his own channel I think - as well as an old video from 2013 of Payday 2 from Uberhaxornova, ep.12, featured Hellberg, no idea if its the same or what - and I can't find anything more than this :/ - That outro may as well be one of his songs on either Monstercat, his KZbin channel or his soundcloud, but its unlikely - this may even be false information anyways, no one else talks about this guy so I'm not even sure
