Just so you know, the video and the sound are like a second off. You can tell by the director's hands. They are slow according to the video, but according to the sound, they are fine.

There is always a slight sound delay between when the conductor makes a gesture, the choir sings a note and the microphones in the hall pic up the sound. Watch the singers mouths. The video and audio are perfectly in sync. Any delay you might notice if you're watching the directors hands is an aberration created by the acoustic in the church.
