There's about 4000 colleges in the US. I'd gather to say that honestly, less than 200 are that bad... but obviously those are the ones you get to see in the news/media. A minority of colleges were always like this... some colleges have been like this for decades even. Now we just have cameras that can record for multiple days and upload video at 4k resolution and also we have the internet to blast it to the whole world in a matter of seconds. I will say, however, politics and activism is being slowly but surely injected into every facet of life. I'd say this is a conspiracy, but I could believe that major forms of media are drowning out real problems and constantly throwing politics and/or misinformation in our faces as a means to divide and conquer the working class, so that we continue to argue amongst each other instead of working together to overcome the extreme wealth inequality.

Have you ever thought about why they get mad at Kingdom Come Deliverence? It's because they're presenting European history in a way that is counter to their narrative. I was in international schools that were either British based or American based. Been to at least 5 different international schools (my dad had a job that required us to move every 2 years). So there shouldn't be any historical record of any of its members. The roles of historical figures are also meant to be represented as they are historically. So Da Vinci is still portrayed as an inventor as one example. If we apply the same rule to Yasuke, he should be a samurai that serves Obunaga. He shouldn't be an assassin that's part of the Brotherhood. This is why they've always made fictional characters for the Brotherhood up until now.

I can completely believe that there are less than 800 pre orders for that 1 store chain. They will be physical copies of the game and almost nobody buys physical game copies any more. Aren't something like 92% of all games sold digital now? Plus that's just one store chain, add in another 20 store chains where you can buy it and that's probably like 15,000 pre orders for physical copies. Factor in digital pre orders and it's probably at 140-150k by now.

My friend's wife is a Chinese expat. She confirms there is absolutely a ranking for races among Asian cultures. In general her experience is that east Asians prefer race in the following order: 1.) Asians of the same nationality as them 2.) Whites 3.) Asians of other nationalities (hate increases or decreases based on the countries in question, for instance Chinese don't particularly like Japanese due to WW2 crimes and historical rivalries) 4.) Middle eastern or Indian 5.) Latino or Black Of course this will vary by person, and this is only her experience as a Han Chinese. Based on the above, I find it unlikely that a foreign company elevating a black person to what is considered a rank of honor in Japanese culture (samurai) that the Japanese public would be amenable to such an act.

I think the distinction can be made that Yasuke is presented as a samurai often in more fictional media; media delving into the realms of myth or legend. Assassin's Creed, whilst being fictional, usually have protagonists that are relevant to the setting and as far as I'm aware, aren't real people. Their choice to make Yasuke the protagonist was purely an ideological one - do you honestly think, out of the thousands of Japanese samurai they could have depicted, they just happened to choose the one black person in Japan for centuries? No, it was an ideological choice and a choice based on DEI, and everyone can see it, plain as day. If there was a dedicated game based on Yasuke (that didn't claim any historical accuracy), I doubt people would mind as much. There's been media like Afro Samurai in the past.

Syndicate should've only included Jacob, and better reflected the "AC Victory" leaked images. As it is Jacob is the main character of syndicate, evie is just dei nonsense who gets in the way and brings toxic "fans" and journalists with her. Kassandra shouldn't be a spartan, as it makes no sense, and over 2 thirds of players favour Alexios according to ubisoft themselves, so Alexios should be canon. Same with Valhalla, male eivor is far more popular and should be canon, rather than the nonsensical female eivor. In addition eivor should've also been at least half anglo saxon.

Nah, that isn't enough. Whole game is a mess. Animations are wack, everything has clipping issues, visual glitches in trailer, bad movement (sliding horses), racist stereotypical music, using chinese architecture for some reason, illegall models, buildings don't make sense (weirdly put stairs, no ladders, archers standing in front of a big body of water (wtf are they doing? Guarding against Kraken?), awful animations that don't connect well, gross graphical effects (blood splatter animations looks like from a cheap unity game). There are probably more things that this game failed to do properly, as these things were only those taken form a trailer. And since trailers are supposed to show one of the best looking pieces of a game, we shouldn't be surprised if the game is even worse.
