This demo playthrough is an absolute nectar of my teenhood nostalgia. 🙌 I remember watching this repeatedly in 2010, in anticipation of the game release. Listening to the way the commentator was speaking whilst being totally immersed in the beautiful 'City of Rome' OST playing in the background... was just ecstatic. Now I come here to watch this video just to relive what memories I still have, being a 15 year old having all the time in the world after school immersing myself in 15th century Rome.. 😢

Because in AC Odyssey you are not an Assassin but an Mecenary duh. Assassin were born when Julius Ceaser invaded Egpyt remeber? Have yoy ever played AC Origins? Anyways the point of Odyssey is trying to find your father's ( Aka leonidas ) origins, what made Leonidas so powerful, only to find out that he was a Half human and Half Eezu. So you are not an Assassin in Odyssey but a Mecenary because as i said while ago

Alex Ya if odyssey is a game about mercenaries why call it an assassins creed game in the first place when it clearly isn’t an ac game at all... like you could literally remove the assassins creed name out of odyssey and no one would know it’s an ac game at all. It’s sad that most of recent the games except origins haven’t been the best of the series.

Alex Ya assassins creed odyssey is not really an assassins creed game at all there are literally no assassins in the game whatsoever and it’s set way before the assassins were even a thing and I do not like to think that it is connected to the other assassins creed games and It shouldn’t be connected because assassins creed odyssey is not assassins creed odyssey

@@captainahvong2247 no need for timing, on ps3 or ps4 you just need to hold r2 press x once, then ezio will kinda crouch on horse as he is ready to jump, then you just need rapidly press x again when you get close to the wooden part that is shown in the video at 1:39

When I was playing the game I destroyed this Borgia Tower exactly like in this gameplay. I did it almost identically. These gameplays from Ubisoft are the best. Average players cannot play in a movie style and so good. I prefer the gameplay like this and I beat every AC game playing like this.

Multiplayer, horse interactions, improved combat, city liberation, assassin training, apprentice assassin gameplay, those ropes you can use to get up buildings, more gameplay like the cannon and flying machine, and I heard they're going to include things like parachutes, flying machines, etc. It seems like that's a true sequel to me.

I have some questions for this: 1) After you destroy all the Borgia towers, and perhaps kill the main bad guy, is the story over? I´ve heard that the story will be VERY much shorter 2) Is Rome the only city to be in? 3) Will we see Desmond? 4) AC2 had variation, this seems to NOT have it.
