Pollution centres are scam... Actual fee for a bike is 40rs and car is 60rs on bill. But they charge 100rs for bike and 200 for car. Only few pollution test centres are available in chennai, so you left with no other choice. Nowadays they smartly removed the price in test certificates to get rid of this problem.
