I saw your video. It is the most real life practical use of the Attendant Console. I wonder how I could achieve the same results?

Do you have the configuration of the Attendant Console / Park Slots available somewhere? I have tried to setup one of these today, but I could not get the park slot to work

I have a problem with BLF. The LED after the connection is completed is red. It should be green. Who knows? It means a busy line. My phone is Cisco SPA525 and SPA500S
