UCE Royal Enfield auto-decompressor demo

This is a short video demonstrating the function of the UCE Royal Enfield's exhaust cam auto-decompressor mechanism.
I've disabled the comments: there was a pattern to them - questions about technical aspects of the engine operation, and my replies saying, "duh, I don't know..." I'm really not even close to being an expert on the mechanics of these engines, so if you're looking for advice, I recommend that you visit the American Royal Enfield forum, which has a robust, knowledgeable, friendly population willing to help:
