Following Uche’s point on properties. The pros of buying a property as a single person is that you can always rent it out and generate secure monthly income. Just because you’ve bought a house doesn’t mean you have to live in it. I bought my first 3 properties and I was STILL living in my parent’s home😂😂. I just rented them out. Personally I think that property investment is one of the most solid forms of investment that will stand the tests of time. For as long as we live people will be renting houses, so if you can why not benefit from that by being a landlord. House prices are only ever going to go up, they won’t go down, get onto the property ladder as soon as possible ladies x.
