The thing about Silky, Eureka, Kandi and even Latrice on all stars four, Ru favors them and really pushes for them because she's been wanting a plus sized queen to win for some years now. Eureka and Silky dropped the ball too many times for a legit win. Then we saw how clearly upset mama ru was when Latrice got cut twice on All Stars 4. Now we see Ru pushing for Kandi to go all the way

Honestly the edit silky got makes me so sad because if you watch her hey queen interview (done just before lady red passed) you could see how genuine, kind and loving she is and she literally stopped the show to comemorate lady red for all the amazing things she had done which was super emotional since it aired after her death. Also i met her irl in the uk and shes literally the nicest person you will ever meet.

tbh i feel like ru personally likes tamisha and symone more than kandy. kandy's favoritism seems like a producer's choice since she's a big personality, (and i think they were expecting her to be the next narrator similar to heidi). i've just never gotten the impression that ru genuinely loves queens like eureka and silky. i would've added heidi and maybe even chad. like, i don't think we see ru's opinion on chad nowadays, but i think that's just bcus chad has no interest doing big drag race projects, but i've noticed she's usually invited as much as possible, plus i've heard that her and willam were the 2 queens who were invited (not auditioned) to be on s4. and i mean, ru literally started an entire spin-off series just so that chad could get a crown, even though (i don't think) chad wasn't that popular among drag race fans at the time (also, im gonna take this time to appreciate sweet and kind chad is even w/o a massive following).
