We also know that in the walk-through was when she decided to change it to Alyssa, AND SURPRISE SURPRISE, they always do the walk-through, so Ru could have/would have easily told her that it wasn't good and that she should do something else. It's that simple!! Even if she had done Donatella, we've seen from her audition tape that it was sillier than Fame's and that she wouldn't have played her as a serious person, but rather mock her. Even if Violet was put into the low tier with JDF and Max, in what human world would she have been put into the bottom 2, once we compare her look to the other two? For future, just because some things aren't told, or I didn't go over them, doesn't mean that I don't know them, but rather, consider them obvious information that I needn't say.

yeah and almost all of those pretty young girls performed terribly in the acting challenges, just look at shakesqueer or the john waters challenge. that's why season 7 has the reputation for being boring, it was a season full of fashion savvy queens with performances that are almost all acting and performance based, and with only one sewing challenge at the very end. they didn't really get to show their actual expertise.

S10 had boring lipsyncs but I think you should watch s12 again cause i believe it was one of the best seasons in terms of cast. And The worst season wasnt S7, All stars 1 is still holding the beer to this day

Fame & Pearl should have been eliminated during their lipsync. It was disappointing, but it wasn't shocking to see them both do poorly. I also would have put Pearl in the bottom instead of Kennedy for the Hello Kitty ball. Her snuggie was lazy, and Kennedy had 1 good look in my opinion. Anywho, Pearl had some mad favoritism on S7, but that's nothing new for anybody.

Oh yeah, I thought that Pearl's performance in the Hello Kitty ball was highly underwhelming - from her Hello Kitty's friend character being basically Madonna to just wrapping a blanket around her in the second look. But I guess the judges responded well enough to the latter, or were told to do so, in order not to have her lose against Katya or Kennedy.
