UCSD Ascension Hip Hop Dance Team 03-04

I'm an old fogie (age 43) looking for Hip Hop routines for my daughter, who is 13. Hands down this is the best routine I've seen. Too many Hip hop teams do the moves too fast. it takes time to jiggle! Ya gotta take the time, and this is the only team I've seen on KZbin that totally seems to "get" the music and the beat. This might sound weird, but this video played a HUGE role in getting me into dancing. I first saw it when I was in around middle school/early high school and used to watch it over and over again. Now I'm going into my senior year of college as a dance minor and captain of my very own dance team.

I think the first song (with the piano) just has a common chord progression that's found in a lot of songs. I could name about a million which have featured it at one point or another But this one is probably from THE JULIANA THEORY, in a song entitled "YOU ALWAYS SAY GOODNIGHT, GOODNIGHT". It's kinda covered up by some other instruments for some of the song (which is VERY LONG) but you can tell it's there.
