The interviews are really cheesy and obviously scripted. The whole thing is trite. Every institution uses advanced technology -- be more specific. What actual accomplishments have been achieved? Etc. This video must have been made by bureaucrats.

They tried their best. Remember, they are a hospital and school. Most of everything is scripted and they are mostly tenured professionals. What you want, that genuine natural-ness is given to their patients and colleagues, and that is private. What they need is someone who is as natural as what they have given, to focus and distill it into something hybrid. Professional, yet natural. That’s the Tightrope. They need that plus vision, and only that can come from someone who has lived and seen all sides, plus has a good camera lense
