I took Vistara Flight from Delhi to Udaipur. On the way back to Delhi I took Alliance Air from Udaipur.
Vistara:
Vistara is overall a good airline. Check-in the luggage was a good experience. I was asked a lot of questions at the luggage counter. Boarding was also quite smooth. The seats were comfortable on the flight. The air hostesses were good and cooperative during the flight. I was also given complimentary food. I also received my luggage quite early at Udaipur airport. The airport was itself very small.
Alliance Air:
Alliance air provided a smaller aircraft from Udaipur to Delhi. Check-in luggage was very fast at Udaipur airport. No rush either at the luggage counter or security. While boarding the flight, the air hostess gave us a water bottle at the gate to carry to the seat. Service in Alliance air was terrible. Other passengers kept pressing the call button but the air hostess made excuses of turbulence and did not show up before the flight landed at Delhi Airport. Luggage was told to come on belt number 3. We waited at belt number 3 for 20 mins, but the luggage did not come there. Later a co-passenger told that the luggage came at belt number 1. Lot of miss management in Alliance Air. I would not recommend Alliance Air if you have some other choice. But Alliance air was the last flight fro Udaipur to Delhi, since we needed to buy some time for us at Udaipur so I did not have any choice.
