The continuous rain is not over yet. Green pepper pods have turned red. This is the best time to harvest them. Bird friends hiding among the branches swallow two or three red peppercorns with their little beaks. If you wait until the rain is over, all the peppers may fall to the ground. So if you use or eat this fresh pepper every time without wasting it, it is good for the body. Due to the rainy season, I also had to face a lot of trouble while cooking. But somehow I managed to cook this meal successfully. I thank you for coming every day to watch my cooking and enjoying our old lifestyle. එකදිගට පවතින චුරුචුරුව නම් තාම ඉවර නෑ. කොලපාට ගම්මිරිස් ඇට එක වෙක රතු පාටට හැරිලා. හොදටම පැහිලා. අතු ඉති අතරෙ හංගිලා ඉන්න කුරුලු යාලුවො එයාලගෙ චූටි හොටෙන් රතු පාට ගම්මිරිස් ඇට දෙක තුන ගිලදානවා. වැස්ස අහවර වෙනකන් බලන් හිටියොත් ඔක්කෝම ගම්මිරිස් ටික බිම වැටෙන්න පුලුවන් . පෑවිල්ලක් ආවම නම් හොදට වේලලා තියාගන්න පුලුවන් ඒත් ඉතිං නාස්ති වෙන්න නොදී ඉදහිට හෝ කෑමට මේ අමු ගම්මිරිස් යොදාගත්තොත් නම් ඇගට ගුණයි. ඉතිං .. හැම ආහාරයකටම ගම්මිරිස් ඇට කීපයක් එක් කර රසය වගේම ගුණයත් වැඩි කරගන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා. (අපේ ඉස්සර කෑමක් වුන කුරක්කන් දාපු දොහෝයි අද නම් හදලා තියෙන්නේ සුදු කැකුලු හාල් දාලයි. ගොඩක් අයට ගැටලුවක් මම මේ ආහාරය හදද්දි කලිනුත් කියලා තිබුනා තෝසෙ හදන්නෙ ඉන්දියාවෙ අයනෙ අපේ සාම්ප්‍රදායික කෑමක් නෙවෙයි කියලා නමුත් තෝසෙ කියන්නෙ දෝසා ඒ දෝසා හා සමානයි අපේ දොහෝයි. ඉතිං දොහෝයි හැදෙන්න ඇත්තෙත් ඉන්දීය සම්භවයකින් තමයි. නමුත් අපේ අය කුරක්කන් එක් කරලා එහි වෙනසක් කර තිබුනා. ඒ වෙනස තවත් වෙනස්කම් කරමින් අපිට මේ විදියට ඉදිරියට රැගෙන යන්න පුලුවන් )

කරදර බාධා පැමිනෙවි උඩරට මැණිකේ .. 😢 නින්දා අපහාස පැමිණෙවි 😔 ..අත් නොහරින්න නුඹේ ගමන..මොකද ඒ ගමන හරිම ලස්සනයි..☺️💛උඩරට මැණිකේට තියෙන්න උඩරටට ආවේණික වු නුඹටත් ආවේණික වු අපුරු හැකියාවක් ..ඒ හැකියාව බලන අපි කෑම රසවිඳින පමණක්ම නොවේ..ඒ කෑම ගැන ඉගෙනගන්නවා..ඕනතරම් youtube chanel තිබුණත් කෑම හදනවා විතරයි..ඒත් ඒ කෑම හැදුණු හැටි ඉතිහාසය දැනුම ලබාගන්නේ උඩරට මැණිකේගෙන් පමණයි.....පුංචි අදහසක්..☺️💛 ඒ කෑම ගැන කියන වටිනාකම ..ඉතිහාසය නුඹ ලියාතිබුණත් ඒවා කියවන්නේ අඩුපිරිසක් වෙන්න පුළුවනි..ඒ කරුණු..විඩියෝවටම ඇතුලත් කරන්න පුළුවන් නම්..ගොඩක් වටිනවා..අදහසක් පමණයි..අඩුපාඩුවක්නම් නොවේ..💛🙏උඩරට මැණිකේ ..දළදා සමිදු පිහිටයි 🙏🙏 උඩරට මැණිකේ හැමදාමත් හරියන්න ඕනේ පිවිතුරු උසස් හදවත්වලට..💛
