A good chef tastes the food he is serving up. I think I like the young guy style of egg fried rice. I like the wet egg mixing with the rice. Older chef master lets the egg cook too much for me. Just what I prefer, others can decide

The chefs seem to do a poor job of dividing the portions evenly when they cook two portions at once. I'd hate to be the customer who got the smaller portion. Food looks delicious and good video anyway. I'm half a world away, so I can't get shortchanged by their myopic chef.
