This guy is a machine! Single-handedly handling all of the cooking! I love watching him moving back and forth in his space! Great video, thank you!

I have been in the restaurant industry over 15 years, working for big names. I’m amazed by how this guy single-handedly takes charge of the entire kitchen… working with precision, in timely fashion and importantly adheres to cleanliness… HATS OFF TO YOU CHEF 👨🍳

Agreed. They even wash the dishes themselves. Watching this thinking how spoiled or over rated western nations' chefs are.

I've watched this episode many times over and never get tired of it. What I realize is that they've changed the English subtitles which is something I do not like as im used to reading the old text.

Your cooking is so mouth-watering that it motivates me to cook as well. Personally, I have a particular fondness for eggs and I consume them in large quantities to the point where my roommate refrains from using them. This has resulted in them purchasing more eggs, and as a result, we have all gained valuable culinary knowledge by observing each other's cooking techniques. Kia Ora (Hello hi) love 3 boys from New Zealand Auckland
Wow, 1:32:04 what an art they have. I could watch them all day. Great video.

all them lovely thick sauces....I'm a bit of a weirdo in the states that can very much enjoy those kinda thick and goopy sauces. I like a nicer thickj but smooth gravy on just about any thing really, even more so if it's a starchy main like rice! all of thick looked sssoooooo tasty!

What makes the egg yolks so dark? TIA!
@sdchef619 Жыл бұрын
In the US, most of our eggs from the store have very pale, yellow yolks. Normally this means the chickens were factory farmed, and not living their best lives. However, pasture raised chickens are allowed to eat bugs and veggies scraps and are out in the sun living like happy little bok boks so they are healthier and their eggs have bright reddish orange yolks, super clear whites and the yolks actually stand on top of the whites. Even the shells are more hardy and don't break as easily as "regular" eggs. And the flavor is like night and day in comparison. 🍳
@eatlikealocal Жыл бұрын
In Japan, egg laying Chicken Hens are fed a diet of foods that are high in Carotenoids, which results in deeply colored yolks.
