Those are long hours. I am relieved to hear there is a morning shift which takes over at 7 am to get the restaurant through to 3 pm.....that's a long day but it hits the drinking crowd and the staff of all those bars who need food. Lots of drunk patrons sleeping off their liquor too. Excellent video!

Watching these videos makes me wish I had more Japanese restaurants near me. NYC is a 2-hour trip and if anyone reading this, knows of a place in NYC, Philly, Washington DC, or around these areas let me know. We have great Ramen and some Udon places near me but want to try this style others I can't find. Have a great Korean presence in Cherry Hill, NJ, and Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao and a place named Dim Sum House are great. So please please please share places in the Philly/South Jersey area to try styles and dishes like in this and other videos. Dying to try beef curry udon along with both styles of Okonomiyaki, a Chinese place I'm a regular at does make curry but want to try the Japanese style. Loaded with cheese with a huge pork cutlet!!!!

Also because it located in Fukuoka, people are far more friendly than other regions. ( I am from Hiroshima, basically the people of the entire southern region are just kind and generous)
