I had Yakisoba many times in many different restaurants in Okinawa, Japan and Iwakuni, Japan while serving the the US Armed Forces. I remember it was always delicious and they always served large portions. The restaurants were always spotlessly clean and the staff were always respectful and friendly. What great memories.
Crispy yakisoba is non existent in the United States, closest thing is crispy chow mein. Looks delicious, and complements to all the hard working staff!
