74のご主人が数ある仕込みをし、仕入れをし、そしてこの量の鍋を振り、どんだけ体に負担が来ていることか。 にも関わらず営業されている。 それは全て料理への愛、お客さんへの愛なんだなととても感じました。 若い20代30代でも毎日してたら体にガタが来るでしょう。 逆に74でも熟練されたスキル知識全てあるこのご主人だからこそ出来る業なんでしょう。 とても尊敬しました。自分も70代になった時、このご主人のように尊敬される人でいたいと思いました。

I love seeing people who do things with regularity and skill do their normal rutines, theyre movements are magic. I remember working at a sausage factory with the machines and after a month, your muscles knew what to do and it was just so wonderful how your body adapted and just went with the flow.

I'm 41 and think I'll be gone by 50, but seeing a 74 yo couple running a restaurant by themselves.I feel that my spirit and morale are not as strong as theirs. Watching them work makes me rethink my life and build my mental strength again. Thank you for this amazing restaurant and the owners. Hyogo is my must visit city in Japan, so many good food, affordable price, and a relaxing atmosphere. Wish the grands who run the restaurant good health and good fortune.

Oh btw, if I was a local, I would volunteer at the restaurant, helping with labour work, carry heavy boxes and so forth. The owner and the wife have strong spirit and generosity, sure I would love to help them and absorb good, vibrant energy from them.
