Nice! Amazing Tempura Rush! Being one of the top 3 most watched Japanese handmade local diners in 2023 is quite an achievement. Watching full of the skillful preparation and delicious flavors promises a memorable dining experience. #brainworks148 🇵🇭

I love the fact that this is considered fast food in Japan. My choices are McDonald’s, Burger King, In N Out & Jack in the Box. I feel cheated somehow. 😂

I'm amazed at how much food is consumed. You don't think about that when you're young but after I turned 65 and look back at my life and what was my diet it seems crazy. Now I eat a bowl of ramen noodles and a can of sardines or salmon but the days of 3 meals a day are over. Some days a couple of coffee's with hot chocolate and a bowl of ginger honey ramen noodles is okay. It also amazes me how much Asian people can eat and stay thin while north Americans tend towards abesity. It makes me cringe when I see places like Heart attack grill serve up 8 patty burgers and have a policy that anyone over 350 lbs eats free.
Just a thought but what plans do the Japanese government have to restrict the use of the millions of open fires and gas grills to reduce carbon footprint. True for the whole of the East including India which has literally millions of open fires for cooking. I will ponder this as my virtually new highly efficient gas boiler is taken away from me.
