I used to work at a Chinese restaurant and remember the preparation of the meats and vegetables. Hats off for your dedication. Two questions about it though. One why did you waste the bone broth and dump it in the drain? Two we always put the peanut slurry on after the pork was cooked. I am going to try it that way because I am curious.
