I used to live in Fukuoka in 5 years. Now, I am in Vietnam, and I miss the flavor of a bow of Udon. Hopefully, one day I will come back Fukuoka. Really miss it!

This looks so good. We have a decent number of Japanese restaurants where I live, but nothing like this. They all serve the same few things, mostly just sushi. I wish we had food like this here!

This sort of menu often not available in my country, more often than not the menu in most foreign countries are sushi, sashimi and salmon with rice, and the pricing is premium. These look delicious.

If your sense of taste is limited to those three condiments then your missing half your life... There's a distinct difference between heavily spiced to a mild , clean , crisp taste.... Their sense of delicious is different from what you and me came to know... But who knows if you try them you'll love them too..
