Of all the food videos I watch I find the Japanese to be the cleanest of them all. They are dedicated to their work and seem to enjoy it. I can tell the customers do.
Can’t put into words how much I adore Japanese people and their culture. I really want to visit Japan one day. ❤

I hope these restaurants are still there when I visit one of these days.
I can’t explain the joy I get from watching these types of videos, you get this at home feeling where you wish you could have something like this near by cause you’d love to go and chat with the owner and meet local people

I would love to meet penny the talking cat; beautiful
I have been to Japan several times and enjoyed home made food very much. Once I traveled to a country in Asia nearby (which I will not name) and had Japanese food, I found the food totally unacceptable. Japanese food looks very simple, but the preparation and determination of the cooks/chefs to retain the original flavours and cooking methods is extraordinary. I find Japanese food heartwarming and fulfilling. Japanese cooks/chefs care more about the tastes, quality and customer satisfaction than profits. My advice is when you go to countries that are not Japan and want to have Japanese food, look for Japanese chefs and if the restaurants are privately run by the chefs/cooks. Then I would recommend the places. Otherwise if not falling into the conditions, you are likely to be disappointed.
